Project Challenges

One of the biggest challenges was ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience across all devices while maintaining performance. We also had to design a scalable system that allows for future expansion and modular customization. Another complexity was managing fine-grained access control to accommodate different user roles without compromising usability. Balancing powerful features with an intuitive interface required several design iterations. Finally, implementing real-time updates and notifications across multiple users posed both architectural and performance challenges.
