Project Challenges
The main challenge was designing a platform that could cater to both individual clients and businesses while keeping the user experience simple and effective. Handling real-time stock updates across a growing catalog, especially with size and color variations, required careful backend design. We also faced the challenge of implementing a seamless B2B ordering flow with custom quote requests, while maintaining a fast checkout for retail users. Ensuring high performance and security, particularly for payment processing and user data, was a top priority. Finally, integrating a robust admin system for non-technical users to manage products and orders added another layer of complexity.
